they are honoring the fact that most people are not smokers now The smoking 'fans' here hate the fact that Carnival has been slowly but surely increasing the restrictions on where people can smoke. The real smoky areas are the sports bar and the casino however Carnival is making strides there tooĪnd the piano bbar.but as of THIS WEEK THE PIANO BAR ON FREEDOM GOES NON SMOKING The aft pool is non smoking also *and I think adults only tooīut kids can be back there for pizza and ice cream The new Serenity area is non smoking and adults only.whoopee :) Great news is that they made the former 'cigar bar' on Glory NON smoking However, they are really really good at 'removing' all the odors and IF you need it they will 'reclean' the room.like magic.I have never had problem They allow smoking on the balconies, but not in the cabins (*great idea)Ĭarnival does :allow: smoking in cabins but some room SEEM to discourage it Hi.I think Royal has some smoking bars inside besides the casino, plus one side of deck for smoking. I really want to book this cruise for our group, but I have to be able to show them which bars/lounges will be smoke free, and that they wont be walking around smelling like smoke just from walking from one end of the ship to the other. One Rep told me he didnt have access to that information but he could send me brochures that would have it. I have made several calls to Carnival to find out EXACTLY which bars/lounges are non-smoking on the Carnival Glory, and no one can answer this for me.

On Royal Caribbean ships, the only indoor place you can smoke is the Casino, and they have Smoke Free nights in the Casino to make everyone happy. No one in our group smokes and a few are very sensitive to 'smokey' situations. We always travel as a group, and the fact that smoking is allowed in the staterooms, most of the bars/lounges, etc. Hello! We have been loyal Royal Caribbean cruisers for years, but since they no longer leave from our port, and Carnival does, I am looking into making the switch to Carnival.
